Erica is a transformational leader with a diversified resume of service as a teacher, instructional coach, administrator, and supervisor of instructional programs with experience of more than 20 years in the
field of education.

Erica has been recognized as a master educator dedicated to inspiring and enriching the lives of educators, students, and families. Erica has worked to maximize learning
in efforts to help students to reach their full academic potential and to be positive, contributing members of society.

It is Erica’s continued goal to encourage those in which she supports, to
